Mannequin AI is an artificial intelligence–powered fashion tool that allows users to upload images and generate edited images, including but not limited to placing subjects on white backgrounds, virtual mannequins, or other AI-generated objects and environments.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

Keep your login credentials secure

Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your account.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos, images, or other content you upload to the Service (“User Content”).

4.2 License to Mannequin AI

By uploading User Content, you grant Mannequin AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, modify, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to upload the User Content

Your User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

Your User Content complies with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images and outputs (“AI-Generated Content”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated results may not be accurate, unique, or error-free

Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users

Mannequin AI does not guarantee commercial suitability or exclusivity of AI-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-Generated Content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content you do not have rights to

Create illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content

Generate sexually explicit content involving minors

Impersonate any person or brand without authorization

Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract AI models or source code

Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, AI models, branding, and design, are owned by Mannequin AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the Service offers paid features:

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law

Subscription terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANNEQUIN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mannequin AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

Your User Content

Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
